The Red Lion Hotel Hotel & Sovereign Park Motor Inn is a family owned and operated business.

We seek an outstanding candidate to take a senior position in our food and catering operation.

Helping lead a team of 14 Chefs, Cooks & Kitchen Hands, we look for an inspirational team member & leader to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation for Restaurant, Cafe, Sportsbar, Functions, Conferences and Room Service
  • Menu Development
  • Help achieve Financial Controls including Wage Percentages, Food Costs & Turnover Targets
  • Supplier Relationships and Product Quality
  • Stock Control
  • Compliance - Food Safety, WHS, IR

The hotel consists of 100 seat restaurant, 150 seat cafe, function room, sports bar, conference centre and accommodation. Meals are offered all day from 7.30am - 10pm, 7 Days.

The venue provides great variety and challenges. Once promoted, the successful applicant we be exceptionally well rewarded including an incentive scheme.
