About The Role

As a key creative force, you'll be responsible for crafting visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences that captivate audiences and drive business results. Your expertise will span web design, motion graphics, and interactive storytelling, ensuring our clients receive innovative solutions that elevate their brands and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development: Create compelling web designs, motion graphics, and interactive elements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and motion design tools like Adobe After Effects.

Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions that meet client objectives, ensuring seamless integration of design and technology.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into client strategies to drive engagement and conversion.

Client Communication: Present design concepts and solutions to clients, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with project goals.

Team Contribution: Contribute to the agency's growth by mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge to enhance our collective expertise.

About You

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in web design and motion graphics, preferably within a digital, advertising, or creative agency.

Skills:

Highly proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and motion design tools like Adobe After Effects.

Skilled in using design software such as Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Sketch.

Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and version control systems.

Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and web standards.
