The Role

Full Spectrum Consulting is seeking experienced Powder Coaters to join our client's team on a casual on-going basis, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leader in designing and distributing innovative aluminium systems based in Eastern Creek, NSW.

As a Powder Coater, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring the products meet the highest quality standards.

Hours on offer:

AM Shift time: 6am with Overtime commencing from 4am - 2pm

PM Shift time: 2pm - 10pm

Monday to Friday and Saturday overtime work on offer!!!! Must be available to work Overtime if and when required.

Key Responsibilities

Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor the powder coating process and make adjustments as needed

Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning and degreasing

Apply powder coatings to a variety of aluminium materials, ensuring a high-quality finish

Perform quality checks and troubleshoot any issues

Adhere to all relevant health and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a powder coating or similar industrial role will be highly regarded (if minimum 6-12 months experience, we will consider)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Familiarity with use of spray guns to apply powder coatings

Must be physically fit and strong for manual handling duties
