Positions Available:

Head Chef & Apprentices – We’re looking for passionate individuals to deliver high-quality cuisine across our Main Bar, Nanya Bistro, Function Food, and Temperance Restaurant, 38+ hours a week.

Bar & Gaming Attendants – If you have a friendly personality and enjoy customer interaction, this role is perfect for you! RSA & RSG certificates are required or willingness to obtain, 20+ hours a week.

Duty Manager – We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service and smooth business operations. RSA & RSG certificates are required, 15+ hours a week.

Senior Food & Beverage Staff – We need experienced hospitality professionals to lead our food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This position offers 30+ hours a week.

Housekeeping Staff – Attention to detail is key! Help us maintain our high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel, multiple positions available, 15-20+ hours a week.

Bottle Shop Staff - If you have great customer service skills and a passion for beverages, join our bottle shop team! Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.
