About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking an experienced 360 Excavator operator to join our team in Sydney, NSW on a casual basis. As a 360 Excavator operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery to complete a range of construction and excavation tasks on various job sites.

What you'll be doing

Operate 360 excavators to dig, move, load and unload materials on construction sites

Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members

Maintain detailed records of equipment usage and maintenance

Assist with other construction tasks as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience operating 360 excavators in a construction environment

Relevant qualifications and licences,

Strong knowledge of construction equipment operations, maintenance and safety procedures

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills
