Are you cool under pressure and hotter than a condenser in summer when it comes to fault-finding?

We’re looking for a Refrigeration Technician who knows their way around split and ducted systems, takes pride in high-quality work, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when the job calls for it — including occasionally giving a hand to our sparkies on-site (they’re a good bunch, we promise).

If you’ve got the skills, the right attitude, and you don’t crack under heat — we want to hear from you.

🧊 What You’ll Be Doing

Fault-finding and repairing split & ducted systems

Maintenance and breakdown call-outs

Quoting additional work when opportunities arise

Delivering sharp, reliable, and friendly service

Keeping things safe, tidy, and up to standard

Helping out the sparkies now and then — we’re a team, not silos

✅ What We’re Looking For

Full ARCtick licence

Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Current driver’s licence

Experience with both split and ducted systems

Solid problem-solving skills

Able to work independently, but a top team player

Great attitude, tidy work, and a bit of on-site banter doesn’t hurt

🎯 What You’ll Get

$40–$50/hr, depending on experience & energy
