The Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Sales Representative to join the team due to rapid growth and expansion nationwide. Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
Hunting for new business and identifying opportunities across construction and industrial markets.
Building strong relationships with Tier 1, 2, and 3 contractors, project managers, and procurement teams
Managing and growing existing accounts to maximize revenue and ensure long-term partnerships
Developing tailored solutions to meet client needs and position the company as the preferred supplier.
Conducting site visits and face-to-face meetings to understand client requirements firsthand.
Negotiating contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delivery.
Staying ahead of market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Skills and Experience Needed:
Experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction or industrial markets.
A strong network in Tier 1, 2, or 3 construction (or the ability to build one).
A true hunter mindset—proactive, results-driven, and ready to chase down opportunities.
The ability to work autonomously while being part of a high-performing team.
Salary Expectations:
$85k - $95k + Super + Company Car (fully maintained) + Commissions
