Award winning Club located in Regional North Queensland. We are dedicated to our community. The Buffs Club is a not-for-profit Community Club meaning the hard work our staff do to make this Club great, contributes to helping our Mount Isa Community.

Qualifications & experience

  • Superior Customer Service Skills
  • Club industry experience preferred
  • A current RMLV license
  • Gaming and TAB experience preferred
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Must have or able to obtain RSG & RSA
  • Current Driver's License preferable
  • Sound computer skills with understanding of POS systems

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a hands-on roll leading and inspiring 100 plus staff
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
  • Oversee operational areas including Gaming, Bars, Bottleshop, Dining and function areas
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
  • Ensuring excellence in customer service is delivered
