The Role
We’re growing and need passionate, reliable, and experienced (or eager-to-learn) support workers across Brisbane’s East, South, and West, as well as the Gold Coast Region. We’re Looking For:

Genuine, reliable, and compassionate people

Effective communication skills - verbal and written (quality shift notes and documentation are essential)

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with participants and their support networks

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on person-centred care

Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of people with disability

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight supports

Experience with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities is highly regarded

Relevant qualifications in disability, community services, or related fields are preferred - but we welcome applicants with strong values and a willingness to gain certification.

NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

Working with Children (Blue Card)

Current First Aid and CPR Certificates (required)

Completion of NDIS training modules (or willingness to complete via the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission website)

Valid driver’s licence and reliable, full comprehensive insured vehicle

Willingness to travel across Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast if needed

Availability for immediate start
