As our Therapeutic Specialist Service Manager, you’ll lead service delivery, staff development and clinical direction — while contributing to future planning and innovation 💡.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a growing team of therapeutic and allied health professionals
- Embedding and championing Junction’s Therapeutic Framework across services
- Driving program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Ensuring alignment with compliance, funding, and sector standards
- Building and managing key partnerships with government, NDIS and sector stakeholders
- Supporting operational and strategic planning alongside the executive team
- Promoting a high-performing, values-led team culture
What You Bring
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioural Science or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience leading therapeutic, allied health or clinical programs
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and evidence-informed care models
- Experience in program design, evaluation and growth
- Proven ability to lead, support and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A values-driven approach to leadership and service delivery
