We’re searching for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Internal Sales Team. If you’re passionate about leaving an exceptional impression on all customers and enjoy a collaborative, fast paced team environment, then this is the role for you!

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

Providing support to customers in regards to all general enquiries, stock checks, pricing enquiries, shipment enquiries and processing exchanges and refunds

Liaising with the Logistics Team, Warehouse Team and external suppliers to coordinate any adjustments to customer orders

Answering a large volume of calls and efficiently triaging as required

Resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner

Processing customer payments

The hours of work for this role are 7:30/8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday.

📲 What You Bring to the Table

Demonstrated experience in customer service in a fast paced / high volume call environment

Experience in multitasking using effective time management and organisational skills while maintaining accuracy in the tasks you complete

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on listening to customers and liaising with multiple internal departments to ensure the needs of customers are being achieved

Ability to retain a range of product knowledge and apply this knowledge to support customers needs

Ability to adapt to change with a positive mindset
