About the Role

Are you passionate about fitness and building meaningful relationships? Infinite Fitness is looking for a motivated and friendly Membership Consultant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with new members, promote our services, and help individuals become part of our supportive fitness community.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling memberships to new clients
• Providing exceptional customer service and guidance to potential members
• Maintaining and growing our member base through strong relationships
• Assisting with marketing and promotional activities to drive membership growth
• Ensuring new members have an outstanding onboarding experience
• Engaging with our fitness community to foster a positive and inclusive environment

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness and wellness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Experience with social media or marketing is a bonus
