About the Role

As the membership consultant, you will play a key role in driving new membership sales while also maintaining our established fitness community built over the last 8 years in Cranbourne West.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Driving new membership sales and achieving set targets
• Building strong relationships with current members to promote retention
• Working closely with the coaching team to nurture and manage members, ensuring they feel supported and engaged
• Collaborating with the social media team to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Working alongside the marketing team to ensure a steady flow of new enquiries
• Implementing effective sales strategies and local community outreach
• Supporting the coaching team and personal trainers
• Creating a welcoming and motivating club culture

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven success in sales and lead generation, with a strong ability to close deals
• Membership retention and customer relationship management
• Understands and can apply social media and marketing strategies
• An individual with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• A team player who is eager to grow and evolve with the business
• Sales experience preferred
• First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
