UX/UI Designer – Major Government Department (12-Month Contract)

Location: Any major capital city in Australia | Fully Remote (WFH)
Contract: 12-month initial contract with potential extensions
Clearance Requirement: Active Baseline Security Clearance required
Rate: Excellent daily rate on offer

Are you an experienced UX/UI Designer looking to make an impact in a major government department? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to enhance the user experience of analytical products within the BID Analytical Needs Implementation Roadmap.

About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in improving user experience across multiple platforms and tools within the Division. You will conduct user research, design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints. Working closely with stakeholders, you will gather requirements, iterate on designs based on feedback, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with demonstrated experience in:

• Conducting user research and usability testing.
• Designing and prototyping intuitive user interfaces.
• Engaging with stakeholders and managing project timelines.
• Working within government or large enterprise environments.
• Holding an active Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory).
