Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing all marketing and communication strategies to align with AR Energy’s strategic goals and brand identity. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation, covering traditional and digital marketing, advertising, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

Overseeing the work and performance of videographers/photographers ensuring alignment with AR Energy’s overall marketing objectives and digital advertising strategy.

Maintain regular communication with videographers/photographers to review campaign performance, suggest amendments, and align Ads strategies with broader marketing goals.

Foster collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Advertising & Campaigns

Meta Ads: Plan, execute, and optimise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to boost audience engagement, generate leads, and build brand awareness.

Develop comprehensive campaign briefs, oversee creative development, and track ad performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Stay informed about trends and algorithm updates in digital advertising to maintain effective strategies.

Content & Digital Strategy

Website Management: Ensure website content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimised for search engines (SEO) with a focus on improving user experience and conversion rates.

Develop strategies to grow organic traffic through targeted keyword research, on-page SEO enhancements, and regular audits.

Collaborate with developers to implement website updates and improvements.

Organic Social Media: Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, delivering engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform.

Monitor and analyse social media metrics to refine strategies and boost performance.

Utilising Canva or similar platform to execute EDM’s, promotional deals and blog writing.

Creative Oversight

Plan and coordinate photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Provide clear guidance to team members during photoshoots, fostering a professional and collaborative environment.

Oversee the production and distribution of brand collateral, including brochures, signage, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

Email Marketing (EDM)

Develop and implement an email marketing strategy to nurture leads and engage existing clients.

Oversee the creation of email content, including copywriting and design, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.

Analyse performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates, refining strategies based on insights.

Reporting & Analysis

Produce comprehensive monthly reports on campaign performance, website analytics, social media metrics, and other key marketing data.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.

Present findings to the Managing Director and General Manager in a clear and concise manner, highlighting successes and areas for growth.

Internal Communications

Manage and maintain marketing-related documents on the Employee Platform, ensuring they are accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with internal standards.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent communication of brand values and initiatives internally.
