About the role

Are you an experienced Restaurant Supervisor looking to join a fast-paced, vibrant hospitality environment? Pippi's is seeking a driven Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant in Cronulla, NSW. This full-time role is critical in ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth running of our renowned eatery.

What you'll be doing

Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Oversee front-of-house operations, including managing reservations, table assignments, and staff scheduling

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations

Monitor restaurant inventory and place orders for supplies as needed

Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and provide coaching and development to the team

Liaise with the kitchen team to coordinate service and resolve any issues that arise

Handle customer inquiries and address any complaints in a professional and timely manner

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant supervisor or management role

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Thorough understanding of food safety

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
