About the Role
You are an experienced Administrative assistant who has experience working within Public Health. You will have knowledge of (or willing to learn) computer systems including; CMI, Web PAS and MRO. You will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. As the sole administrative worker at BETRS you will be confident in your skills and ability to complete the following:
- Petty cash and accounts payable.
- Procurement and monitoring of service goods required for the program.
- Answering phone calls, emailing staff, consumers and external agencies.
- Input data and outcome measures within timeframes required for activity based funding.
The classification for this position will be YC89 ($72,269 per annum pro rata).
Your Contribution
- Experience working within Public Mental Health or general hospital administrative experience
- Cert 3 or 4 in business administration or short courses that focus on developing office skills and technology
- A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History check, or willing to obtain
