My client are well established large tier electrical contractor who have been operating across Sydney for over 25 years with leading builders and government clientele. They operate across the commercial, health-care & industrial sectors with projects up to $25m electrical value, but the majority are around the $10m range.

Due to growth and newly established relationships with a couple of fantastic builders, they are looking for Senior / Lead Estimator to join their team and oversee a couple of junior estimators.

The role will require you to:

• Review Tenders - Commercial, Educational, Health-care, Industrial
• Delegate to Junior Estimators
• Liaise with well contractors
• Have a solid existing relationship with head contractors
• Accurately compile estimating costs
• Prepare final documents and liaise with the Estimating Manager
• Attend tender meetings

You will:

• Have over 4 years as an electrical estimator
• Have advanced software skills - Simpro & Excel experience desirable
• Know your market & costs
• Be company minded and looking to be here long term
• Have excellent communication skills
