Role Overview:

As an Experienced Building Manager, you will deliver first-class, end-to-end building and facilities management services to the building, body corporate, and residents. You will be the key point of contact for Owners, Residents, the Strata Manager, the Committee, and Contractors, ensuring the property is maintained to first-class standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and compliance of the building and its facilities.

Liaise with stakeholders, including Owners, Residents, Strata Managers, Committees, and Contractors.

Manage contractors and arrange repairs, maintenance, and servicing.

Develop, implement, and oversee ongoing service and preventative maintenance schedules.

Proactively identify and resolve building issues.

Ensure compliance with by-laws and relevant regulations.

Attend scheduled Body Corporate Committee Meetings.

Prepare and present quarterly Building Manager Reports to the Body Corporate Committees.

Provide guidance on annual budgets and expenditure planning.

Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) legislation.
