Muffin Break Castle Towers in Castle Hill NSW is looking for an experienced Baker / Food Preparation chef with passion for creating great products, excellent customer service and aim to achieve store's common objective.

BAKER/FOOD PREPARATION

This role is responsible for:

Food preparation of freshly baked muffins with an early start to the day

Health and safety practices in the kitchen and service areas

Ensure all menu items are made to order and meet the high standards of Muffin Break

Making sure that the cabinet is well presented with all our favourites and something special every day

Must be available to start early morning 5am

Must be available to work during weekdays and weekends. Must be available on Mondays and Tuesdays

Ability to read and follow simple recipes, instructions and basic maths skills

Baking experience highly desirable

Good organisational skills.

Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.

Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Creativity in crafting and decorating

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
