Housekeeper - The Tops Conference Centre

The role of the Housekeeper is a key part of the Cleaning team and is responsible for the provision of great customer service. This role reports to the Housekeeping Senior Team Lead.

Full training will be provided to the successful candidates.

Your Contribution

• Cleaning of accommodation and facilities including maintaining sites carpet cleaning, lights, windows etc
• Assist with the maintenance of equipment and stock related to Housekeeping Services and assist with regular stock takes and audits;
• Perform work in accordance with organisational policy, procedures, plans and work instructions and identify and communicate improvement opportunities and communicate to Housekeeping Senior Team Lead;
• Proactively model the Fresh Hope Communities' Values in all interactions with the team and guests
• Contribute to a culture of safety and care

The Essentials

• Self motivated and reliable;
• Able to work as part of a team and individually;
• You are able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people;
• You have your own transport;
• Ability to work required shifts with reasonable flexibility regarding working hours;
• Have or are willing to get your working with children's check (WWCC).
