THE ROLE

As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs

Delivering exceptional customer experiences every single time

Driving brand awareness and building a strong customer community

Managing store operations, inventory, and merchandising to company standards

Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team

Creating an energetic, positive work environment that thrives on teamwork

Has flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
