This market leader are dominating their industry, with recent acquisitions taking their overall revenue to nearly $1B annually. They employ over 1000 people nation wide and continue to go from strength to strength. Their innovation and entrepreneurial way of working sets them apart from their competitors, and they're looking to bring on a Corporate Finance Manager, to lead a team of 4, and report into an impressive Head of Finance. Duties will include:

Responsible for annual financial statement preparation in line with AASB requirements

Responsible for corporate reporting to head office overseas

Ownership of management reporting requirements

Overseeing of branch P&L's, partnering with state managers

Leading on the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process

Oversee company P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow

Coordinate month and year end process across entire finance team

Lead on annual audit process

Tax compliance including FBT

Support on future M&A projects

Manage a team of 4 (Senior Accountant, Accountant, 2x AP)

Ad hoc project work

To be successful, you will be CA or CPA qualified and have spent 5+ yeas in a financial reporting role, demonstrating an ability to lead on month and year end reporting, have a sound understanding of accounting standards, and be confident in partnering with finance and non finance stakeholders. This role is suited to someone who has already operated at the Finance Manager level, or someone looking to step up from a Senior Financial Accountant position.
