Lighting Operator – Nightclub Events

We’re looking for casual Lighting Operators to join our team at Lucy’s Love Shack/ The Vault. If you’re reliable, over 18, and keen to work in an exciting nightlife environment, this could be for you!

About the Role:

• Operate our MA3 lighting setup – all cue stacks and effects, no programming required. Overall very simple

• Minimal training needed – if you are able to adjust the lighting to match the vibe of the crowd, you are set!

• Casual work – shifts primarily Friday, Saturday, and Long Weekend eve’s(9 PM – 5 AM), with occasional extra nights.

• Award Rate average is $40 p/hr.

• Shifts are as needed, so this is best suited for someone looking for extra income rather than guaranteed weekly hours.

• (mainly House, Techno and Drum & Bass music)

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18+ (licensed venues).

• production/AV experience not required but is preferred.

• troubleshooting ability preferred

• Someone reliable, alert, and able to handle a nightclub environment.

• A good sense of timing to match lighting to the music
