Joining our Chermside team, you'll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan. You'll join a close-knit team of 15 Clinicians who love to "wine-down" on Fridays, organise team lunches through the week and meet for dog walks at the weekend. You'll be supported by an AWESOME Team Leader, Allied Health Assistant and Clinical Leader, all supporting and harnessing your growth.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist keen on further developing their leadership and mentoring skills!

Day-to-day you will:

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

About You

You will also hold:

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• 3+ years of post-grad experience
