The Opportunity

$60-64k (experience based) + Super, Commission & Benefits!
Tue - Sat roster: 40 hours per week

Working closely with the Store Manager, this role will see you offering leadership support to the team, whilst ensuring operational tasks are completed efficiently.

You’ll provide training, guidance, and supervision, ensuring the team stays focused during busy periods, and remain motivated towards achieving business goals and KPIs. With a dedicated and driven approach, you’ll also lead by example and set the tone for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About You

  • Leadership skills and the ability to support the team
  • Experience managing team performance and working with KPIs
  • A passion for success and future leadership progression
  • A customer-first mindset
  • A proven track record of successfully driving sales
  • Ability to use your own initiative and thrive with ambiguity
  • Organisational skills and ability to juggle numerous priorities
  • You will be well presented, professional and have strong communication skills
  • A background in retail and/or sales leadership
  • A background in building products or flooring is an advantage
