The Organisation:

This Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy practice offers a specialised service for children between the ages of 0 and 15 years old. The work is clinic-based, and the team is close-knit, including a THERAPY PUP. Each team member has their own room, and there is a generous 3-hour break every day to handle paperwork and planning.

The team in this organisation is highly skilled, and supportive, and maintains a positive and fun work environment. Regular team events and professional development opportunities ensure that everyone stays connected, engaged, and up-to-date with the latest practices and techniques. They genuinely LOVE working together and can't wait to meet their new member of the crew!

The current opening is due to a team member going on Maternity Leave, which means this is a rare opportunity to join the team. Experience in working with pediatrics is preferred, but those with a strong interest in this area may also be considered. IF YOU LOVE KIDS, we want to speak with you!

The role itself offers a lot of variety since it involves working with a multidisciplinary team, allowing for collaboration and flexible scheduling of appointments. The team values work-life balance, so you won't be tied to the office all day.

The owner couldn't be more flexible, empathetic or supportive of families balancing whats important (their family) and work. She is a strong advocate for women/families returning to the workforce after having children! She cares very much for all of her team members.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Current Drivers Licence
• LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN
