An industry-leading water, waste and energy business is seeking experienced HR truck drivers to join their team on a full-time ongoing basis. This business has great pay rates for their employees and pays over time hours. As they are based in Queanbeyan, you will have free onsite parking and a truck that is well looked after and regularly maintained.

Your new role

As a HR Waste Truck Driver, you will be trained to operate either side, front or rear lift waste trucks to complete pick-ups across the ACT region.

• You will start early between 3:30am - 6:30am depending on your run
  
• You will be expected to communicate effectively with your supervisor on any safety issues
  
• You will also be responsible for reporting any truck maintenance and keeping the cab clean
  

What you'll need to succeed

This company is looking for drivers who:

• Have a HR Truck License and recent operating experience
  
• Are reliable and keen to show up for work each day
  
• As well as being able to pick up new skills and be trained on the different truck lifts.
  
  
  

What you'll get in return

• Driving for this company means you will be paid a great pay rate between $35 - $37 per hour
  
• You will also get paid for all overtime hours worked and have access to free parking.
  
• This client has the view to transfer contractors to permanent roles after a probationary period which will come with extra benefits as well.
