A bit about the role

No two days are ever the same in this gig. As a People Partner, you’ll work with the team to support our clients on all things people & culture - from program design and project implementation through to leadership coaching, people ops and more. (Did we mention that no two days are ever the same?)

As part of the team, you will:

Build and maintain solid relationships with our clients and key stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.

Support the design and implementation of people processes, such as onboarding and performance and development.

Deliver customised people programs and frameworks that create employee experiences with real impact.

Measure employee engagement and analyse the data, drawing insights that inform our strategic planning.

Execute people strategies and company-specific models that align with a client’s unique size, stage and long-term objectives.

Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks where required, including refining position descriptions, conducting exit interviews and more.

Deliver engaging workshops to support various people initiatives.

A bit about you

We’re looking for someone to join our team who:

Is keen, naturally curious and energised by new challenges.

Has experience as an advisor or early-stage business partner.

Has proven ability to develop and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships.

Is comfortable with ambiguity and able to flex with changing context and situations.

Has some experience in coaching and guiding business leaders, contributing to both people and overall business outcomes.

Is highly proficient in written and verbal communication, with a demonstrated ability to influence others positively.

Has outstanding organisational and planning skills, and is comfortable managing shifting priorities.

Has a sound understanding of Australia's industrial relations framework and its implications for people practices.
