Opportunity:
I am working with long term client on a rare opportunity in their well established commercial plumbing business. This company has been family run for the last 15 years prides themselves on offering their employee's job security and genuine career progression.
About the role:
- Assist the Directors and Project Managers with general administration tasks.
- Answering the office phone.
- Spreadsheet data entry & uploading documents to the Bookkeepers.
- Liaising with site staff on timesheets and payroll queries.
- Keeping the office clean and stocked.
- Manage the onboarding of new staff members.
- Assist the Finance team with reconciliations.
- Paying invoices.
- Managing social media accounts.
- Assisting with event planning.
- Supporting the senior administration team
About you:
- You have a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is ESSENTIAL!
- Exposure to Xero would be beneficial.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to recognise where processes can be improved.
- Minimum 1-year recent experience in Administration/reception roles.
- High level of accuracy in data entry.
- Previous experience working within a trades business.
