Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with flexibility and occasional WFH for the right candidate)

The Role:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for transport compliance and driver training? We are looking for a Compliance & Training Administrator to join our Safety, Training & Compliance team. This role supports the heavy vehicle transport compliance function and driver training team with essential back-office support services, including administration, system management, governance, reporting, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain transport compliance systems and records in line with Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL)
- Conduct assurance audits of in-vehicle safety systems
- Assist in policy and procedure review and implementation
- Manage Mass Management, Vehicle Maintenance, and Fatigue Management reporting
- Coordinate licensing, accreditations, and compliance approvals
- Oversee internal compliance systems and liaise with external bodies
- Administer driver logbooks, route/access permits, and fatigue compliance
- Support driver training planning and record management
- Extract and analyze data from safety and training systems
- Compile and issue management reports and support incident investigations
Required Experience:
- Experience in training, administration, or compliance roles
- Transport industry experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and Chain of Responsibility
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fatigue Management (TLIF0005) certification (preferred)
- Diploma in Transport, Logistics, or related field (desirable)
