About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to support and eventually lead construction and fitout projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to client expectations.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Owner, some of the responsibilities will include:

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors

Supporting project planning, coordination, and execution

Monitoring project progress and updating internal systems

Preparing documentation and assisting with compliance requirements

Attending site visits and learning on-the-job with the view to managing projects independently

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Strong organisational and communication skills

A keen interest in progressing their career within project management

Willingness to work in-office initially with increased site responsibility over time

1–2 years’ experience in a construction, fitout or office-based project support role

A relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or similar
