• Sydney based role, 3 days remote work
• Seeking a Test Lead and a Senior Test Analyst
• 6 month contract to start, possibility of extensions

Support the test function across digital transformation projects with a Sydney-based consulting team supporting enterprise and public sector clients.

What our client can offer:
A major name in their industry, our client is looking for new contractors including a Test Lead, and Senior Test Analyst. They are offering a great contract opportunity with potential for extensions.

These are full time contract roles, for 6 months initially, based in Sydney.

What you will do:
Take ownership of end-to-end testing processes for enterprise software projects. Translate business requirements into structured test strategies. Lead test execution across functional, integration, and system levels. Identify issues, document defects, and guide resolution efforts with developers. Maintain test documentation and contribute to automation. Work as part of cross-functional Agile teams and support continuous improvement in testing standards.

With a change to be a Test Lead, you will lead a team of Test Analysts in the delivery of test strategies, automation, reporting and defect resolution.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• 5+ years in a Test Analyst or Test Lead role within consulting or client-facing environments
• Strong understanding of test design, execution, and defect management
• Proficiency with testing tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with automation scripting and data validation (Python, SQL, APIs)
• Background in Banking or Financial Services projects
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Australian working rights and willingness to attend Sydney-based client sites as needed.
• Based in Sydney or willing to relocate / work onsite twice a week.
