What You’ll Be Doing:
�� Helping to set up and launch the restaurant for a successful opening
�� Leading & motivating a team in a busy QSR environment
�� Ensuring exceptional customer service and high food quality standards
�� Overseeing rosters, stock control, and financial targets
�� Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

What We’re Looking For:
�� Experience as an Assistant Manager in QSR, fast food, or a similar fast-paced setting
�� Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire a new team
�� A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering great customer experiences
�� The ability to multi-task and problem-solve under pressure
�� Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
