Clinical Coordinator – Join a Leading Disability Services Provider!
About the Role:
Our client is a highly reputable disability services provider in Western Australia. They are seeking a skilled and passionate Clinical Coordinator to join the team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage clinical operations, ensuring participants receive exceptional care and support. The Clinical Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing service delivery and maintaining clinical standards, working closely with clinical staff and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical oversight, ensuring services are delivered in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Service Delivery & Support: Assess clinical needs, develop personalized support plans, and ensure services meet the required clinical standards.
- Quality Assurance & Performance: Monitor and report on clinical KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and taking action to ensure service quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clinical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication across teams.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify clinical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a safe environment for participants.
- Team Development: Provide ongoing training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver quality care in line with industry guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare or clinical role (e.g., Support Coordinators, Therapists, Facility Managers). Experience in the disability sector is an advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a leadership or management role is highly desirable.
- Core Values: A strong alignment with values of person-centred support, respect, accountability, integrity, and sustainability.
- Licenses & Certifications: A valid WA driver’s license, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and basic technology literacy (ability to work with apps and technology).
