As we continue to grow and strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (Permanent Part-Time) to help us continue delivering safe, respectful, and quality care.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (Permanent Part-Time) to support clients with chronic and complex needs in our Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA). You will be working alongside a supportive team of Registered Nurses and Disability Support Workers to provide holistic, person-centred care.
This role will be part-time, with regular shifts from Thursday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility to pick up further casual shifts as required.

As a key part of our health and support services, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care while collaborating with the Clinical Lead to ensure quality outcomes and compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care aligned with individual care plans and NDIS requirements
• Monitor and document changes in client health and wellbeing
• Provide personal care, medication administration, enteral feed and attend medical appointments
• Support Disability Support Workers with clinical guidance and mentoring
• Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and incident reports
• Work in partnership with Clinical Lead, House Leaders, allied health professionals, and families
• Uphold best practices in restrictive practices, positive behaviour support, and person-centred care
• Ensure compliance with all nursing regulations, Breakaway policies, and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework

What We’re Looking For

• AHPRA Registered Nurse – current and in good standing
• Proven experience in disability support, aged care, or chronic disease management
• Experience with Enteral Feeding desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High standard of professionalism, integrity, and person-centred care
• Ability to assess, respond, and make sound clinical decisions
• Flexible, team-oriented, and values-driven
• Current CPR Certificate
• Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s Licence (minimum Provisional)
