We are currently looking for an individual that enjoys working against high standards and taking on challenges. We are a large operational facility (mushroom farm) in the fresh produce industry based in Western Sydney. Working with a knowledgeable team you will support the accounts and payroll functions as well as other administrative tasks and office support. This will be a 12-month contract for maternity leave cover.
What you will be doing
En-to-end payroll processing
Enter accounts payable documents into company financial software system
Create and enter accounts receivable documents
Ensure approval for expenditure is gathered for every document
Prepare payment files
Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis
Reconcile bank accounts
Maintain and reconcile petty cash
Assist with month end reporting requirements
What we are looking for
Relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualifications
5 year's experience in a similar role
Proficiency in using accounting and payroll software
Good communication skills
