Vacancy Accountant

We are a dynamic and growing Tax and Accounting Practice located in Parramatta and the Western Suburbs of Sydney, NSW. Over the years, we have steadily expanded, and as a result, we are now seeking a dedicated, full-time Accountant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support our current staff in fulfilling accounting reporting requirements and to take full responsibility for managing the payroll function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant who is looking for a full-time position within a supportive and professional environment. We are looking for someone with a strong background in accounting and payroll, who is keen to contribute to the continued success of our practice.

This role will mainly require:

Managing a client portfolio

Ability to maintain general ledger and end of the year Financial Reporting

Preparing quarterly Business Activity Statements and Annual Income tax returns

Performing general Admin duties

Liaise with ATO and other stake holders

End to end Payroll Accounting and reporting

Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders

About you

You will be studying towards CA/CPA/IPA

Minimum 1 year experience in SME Accounting ,BAS Preparation & Taxation

You have end to end Bookkeeping and payroll experience

Sage Handisoft ,MYOB and Xero experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong computer literacy and proficient with MS Excel

The Package

The annual salary for the role will be $70k - $75k depend on experience.
