About Us
We specialize in developing cutting-edge diagnostic tools that enhance disease detection and patient outcomes. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Life Scientist to join our dynamic team and contribute to innovative scientific research.

About the Role
As a Life Scientist, you will play a critical role in designing and conducting experiments, analysing data, and contributing to the development of new diagnostic technologies. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to drive research initiatives that support our mission of improving diagnostic accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for training production staff and stepping into production roles when necessary to ensure seamless operations during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

Design and conduct laboratory experiments to support and improve upscaled production of human diagnostic assays and supporting products (e.g., Nucleic acid extraction).

Investigate product failures during production and implement preventative and corrective actions.

Perform precise measurements and data analysis to ensure the accuracy and reliability of IVD products.

Prepare and review laboratory reports, technical documents, and validation protocols.

Supervise and guide laboratory staff in routine testing, quality control, and troubleshooting.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO 13485, FDA, and CE for human diagnostic products.

Monitor and optimize laboratory equipment and methodologies to maintain high accuracy and reproducibility.

Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs teams to ensure smooth transfer of diagnostic technologies to production and in maintaining QMS.

Train production staff on laboratory techniques, quality control measures, and troubleshooting procedures.

Step into production roles as needed to support high-demand periods and ensure continued efficiency in manufacturing processes.

About You

A Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Biology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.

Experience in laboratory research, scientific analysis, or IVD development is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex biological data.

Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including molecular biology, chemistry, and microbiology.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and communicate findings clearly.

Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to IVD, such as ISO 13485, FDA, or CE compliance, is a plus.

Willingness to take on additional responsibilities in training and production support as needed.

If you are passionate about innovation in diagnostics and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!
