We have an opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Coordinator to join a team in North Lakes, providing quality care and activities for school-aged children in our Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) service

As our OSHC Coordinator, you'll develop and maintain relationships with families, the school community, and community partners. You'll communicate progress and involve families in service programs, build positive, respectful relationships with children, provide active supervision, and ensure a safe environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Education, or a related field with OSHC
• Working knowledge of My Time, Our Place Framework, National Quality Framework and National Law and Regulations
• Experience working in OSHC settings in a leadership position is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for providing high-quality care and education for children.
• Ability to prioritise and manage work tasks efficiently and effectively
• Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
