What You'll Do

Conduct engaging showroom and onsite consultations that close deals

Convert qualified, warm leads into long-term clients

Build powerful customer relationships that last well beyond the sale

Guide clients toward grid independence and long-term energy savings

Be seen as the expert and trusted advisor in solar and battery solutions

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in high-performance sales

Experience in solar/renewable energy is highly valued (but not essential)

Confident closer who understands the long game of sales relationships

Motivated self-starter who thrives in autonomy and delivers results

Charismatic communicator—clear, confident, and customer-focused

Learner’s mindset, with the drive to be coached and grow rapidly

Own vehicle and current driver’s licence
