About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Point Brisbane in Kangaroo Point, Queensland. This is a casual role, offering evening hours to suit your lifestyle. As part of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and creating an exceptional in room dining experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
Provide friendly and professional guest service
Taking food and beverage orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff
Serving meals and drinks to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner
Clearing tables and resetting for the next guests
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in front of house and back of house areas
Assisting with stock control
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest queries or concerns
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
