This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven childcare professional to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on children’s learning and development.

About the Role:

As the Assistant Director you will support the Centre Director in leading the day-to-day operations while driving high-quality educational programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Mentoring and guiding educators to ensure best practices in early childhood education
• Ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulations
• Building strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community
• Assisting with administrative and operational duties to maintain a positive learning environment

About You:

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory compliance
• Availability to work full time
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to professional growth
