Supply Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Supply Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of essential supplies to our internal customers. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this fast-paced role. Required Skills

* Proven experience in receiving, storing, and distributing supplies
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to interpret and authorise consignment notes, invoices, and delivery dockets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control systems
* Ability to lift and move stock as required

Nice to Have Skills

* Experience with label printing software and inventory management systems
* Knowledge of Qld Government programs and procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Education and Experience

* 2+ years of experience in a supply, retail or logistics role

Other Requirements

* Current and valid Police Check (mandatory)
* Ability to work 7.30am - 3.30pm daily with the option of weekends and public holidays
* Must be able to pass a Working with Children Check
* Must be able to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods
