About the role

Join the passionate team at CPS Eastgardens' as a Physiotherapist. This full-time role is based in Eastgardens NSW 2036, and will see you providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in helping patients recover, improve mobility and manage pain.

What you'll be doing

• Assess patients' conditions and create personalised treatment plans
• Deliver a range of physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs and advice on lifestyle modifications
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, particularly GP's ands orthopaedic surgeons
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
• 2+ years' experience working as a Physiotherapist in a clinical setting is ideal. New grads are also welcome to apply.
• Strong manual therapy skills and knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to develop effective treatment plans
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
