Position: Casual Support Worker
Requirements:
• Minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or equivalent experience.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Australian Driver’s License & Reliable Transport (comprehensive insurance preferred).
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly regarded; however, we are open and willing to provide on-site training for the right candidates.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, afternoons, school holidays, short shifts and split shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring and person-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
• Support clients in accessing community activities, appointments, and social engagements.
• Encourage independence and help clients achieve their personal goals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain accurate records and follow individual support plans.
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for clients at all times.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
