Disability Support Worker – Corowa (Shared 25 Hours Per Week)

24/7 Support Australia is seeking two caring and reliable Disability Support Workers in Corowa, NSW to support a participant relocating to the area. This is a rewarding, casual opportunity with 25 hours of support per week shared across two workers, offering flexibility in scheduling and shift coverage.

What the Role Involves:

• Personal care including showering, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support
• Domestic assistance such as cooking, cleaning, and home organisation
• Community access – attending appointments, grocery shopping, and social outings
• Supporting the participant to build independence and daily living skills
• Collaborating with allied health teams and the participant’s family
• Promoting choice, control, and dignity in all support provided

Essential Requirements:

✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to complete)
✔ Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
✔ Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Desirable:

⭐ Experience in disability or aged care
⭐ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
⭐ Ability to work independently and follow support plans
