What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Teaching group reformer, mat and/or barre classes that challenge, motivate, and empower

✔️ Running private sessions tailored to individual client goals

✔️ Building strong client relationships and making everyone feel seen and supported

✔️ Creating an inclusive, fun, and results-driven environment

✔️ If you’ve got sales experience, we’d love someone who can help grow the SOJO community—booking clients in, guiding them toward their best membership option, and making sure they stay committed to their goals.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Cert IV in Fitness (or equivalent) & Pilates Certification
