Your normal day will involve:

• Coordinating and delivering resident care plans in line with best practices and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Monitoring health and wellbeing of residents, administering medications, and updating clinical documentation.
• Supervising and mentoring care staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with doctors, allied health professionals, residents, and families to support holistic care.
• Responding to emergencies and escalating health concerns as needed.
