TradeMutt Warehouse Team Members will be involved in a variety of tasks within our onsite warehouse and play a key role in the receival, storage and distribution of stock to our online and business customers. Warehouse team members contribute to daily operations by processing stock with a ‘customer first’ work ethic and pace.

THE ROLE:

Accurately processing stock, this includes but is not limited to:

Inbound which receives and process stock into our warehouse management system

Picking & Packing for both online customers and business clients

Dispatch for both online customers and business clients

Follow directions from a mobile scanning device and be able to differentiate product types and barcodes

Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and in a timely manner

Utilise equipment such as trolleys, box cutters, and held tape dispensers and pallet jacks

Processing of returns (identifying, folding, bagging, barcoding)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Prior warehousing experience preferred but not essential

Prior experience with Peoplevox WMS system preferred but not essential

Ability to lift up to 16kg.

Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Follow directions and work both independently and as a team.

Problem solving skills within the scope of your role and prioritise daily tasks as per the directions of the Warehouse Manager
